Our dolls houses are all available in our savings club scheme, which means there’s no better time than now to reserve for Christmas. Whether you want a furnished house or a house a child can furnish over time, contact us now for advice or to put down a deposit.

We have three different houses currently available suitable for children all of which come flat packed. Rose cottage at £150 comes with furniture included but we have a wide variety of furniture options for any dollhouse. Please be aware that stock may change and prices may be different if you’re viewing this page after 2021.

CHERRY TREE HALL £200

Cherry Tree Hall is a grand four storey dolls house with floral motif. Featuring a variety of windows covering all four sides of the house including the striking front windows with functioning shutters, the house boasts large spacious rooms divided by a grand staircase. Pre-painted and easy to assemble.

MAYBERRY MANOR £145

Mayberry Manor is a fully painted and decorated three storey dollhouse with bay windows, stairs and an attic (accessed via loft ladder) with removable roof. The roof panel can also be reversed to form a front garden with garden path leading up to the front door. Also has opening sash windows and painted internal features. Easily assembled.

ROSE COTTAGE £150

Fully furnished, painted and decorated, Rose Cottage is a beautiful three storey dolls house. Features include a fold over roof, which conceals the attic room, and a sliding door back entrance. Stairs connect the ground floor with the first floor and wooden furniture can be arranged to make the house their own.
